Precision-Machined To Upgrade Your Existing Hammer & Trigger Pins; Available Standard & Oversized

Redesigned hammer pin and anti-rotation links provide the strongest possible system to eliminate pin rotation, and will withstand the additional force exerted by 9mm conversions and suppressed .223 upper receivers. Helps prevent wear to receiver holes, which is especially important for increasingly-valuable M16 and pre-ban receivers. Notched hammer pin locks into slots in the anti-rotation links; trigger is secured with locking screws, and includes lube ports so adequate lubrication reaches the trigger. Anti-rotation links fit on the outside of the receiver to prevent all movement. Pins are CNC-machined, centerless ground for uniformity and heat treated for durability. Available in Standard .154", Oversized .155", and .170" for larger receivers. Oversized Pins help improve accuracy and trigger control by tightening up any trigger slack that may exist in worn or new receivers. Standard-sized pins drop-in and require no modification to the receiver; oversized pins require the use of the 3.95mm Reamer (available separately).

SPECS: 416 stainless steel pins. .900” (22.8mm) long, .154" (3.91mm), .155" (3.93mm), or .170" (4.31mm) diameter. Set includes (1) hammer pin, (1) trigger pin, (2) screws, (2) anti-rotation links, hex wrenches, and installation tool. Anti-Rotation Links - Steel, Parkerized finish. Retaining Screws - Steel, black oxide finish.

Il perno di martello riprogettato e i collegamenti anti-rotazione forniscono il sistema più robusto possibile per eliminare la rotazione dei perni e resisteranno alla forza aggiuntiva esercitata dalle conversioni da 9mm e dai ricevitori superiori soppressi .223. Aiuta a prevenire l'usura dei fori del ricevitore, particolarmente importante per i ricevitori M16 e pre-ban sempre più preziosi. Il perno di martello intagliato si blocca nelle fessure dei collegamenti anti-rotazione; il grilletto è bloccato con viti di fissaggio e include porte di lubrificazione affinché una lubrificazione adeguata raggiunga il grilletto. I collegamenti anti-rotazione si adattano all'esterno del ricevitore per prevenire ogni movimento. I perni sono lavorati CNC, rettificati senza centro per uniformità e trattati termicamente per durabilità. Disponibili in Standard .154", Oversized .155" e .170" per ricevitori più grandi. Stop walking in it's tracks (06.11.2009)

Very easy to install with no extra tools needed. Stops pin walking and slack at the same time for better shots.

This kit comes .1555 pins, the side plates and screws, NOT the slightly larger pins and reamer as pictured. I used this to tighten up a JP trigger that was installed in an old receiver that had at one time had oversized pins. The slop made for an inconsistent trigger pull. The KNS kit took care of it, but don't expect miracles. If you are doing a new build and have spec trigger parts, save your money - this won't do much for you.

I am a certified AR-15 / M-16 Armorer and work as an armorer for my police department. I purchased this pin set for a carbine build I am doing. packaging was okay (plastic bag) but came with no instructions other then a poor picture. installed nicely with no problems. quality is good. I only gave 4 stars to to lack of instructions to install.

I replaced the stock trigger, hammer pines in a Rock River lower with a Timmney 3lbs dropin trigger , man what a differance just changing the pines. I have the ultimate woodchock trigger now.Also did wonders for S&W 15-22 wow. you can,t go wrong with these.

Probably the best non rotating pins around. I shortened them slightly so there was no gap between receiver and the locking plates. Very nice

This is one of those products that they actually thought it through. Installation is fast and simple. If you are replacing existing pins, just push the existing pins out with the new pins. fast, simple and will save the lower reciever from excessive wear. noticably improves the trigger feel also. They are pricey for PINS but in the long run, worth every dime. They look great,extremely well made, are funtional, and will add value to your rifle.

Worth it (04.08.2012)

These pins cleaned up my trigger pull more than I would have thought they would. All the typical AR grittiness is gone, creep is almost gone. Trigger has a lighter feel as a result. Should significantly improve the reliability/durability of the rifle. Look cool too. Absolutely worth the money.

You should try these pins (24.07.2013)

I have several sets of KNS pins and they are an excellent and easy way to eliminate most of the creep in standard triggers. As a gunsmith and Law Enforcement armorer I highly recommend them for standard triggers and I even use them with Rock River 2-stage triggers. Don't use with Geissele triggers, but they improve everything else.

Bought the Gen 2 recently and gave it 5 stars. So, on this build project I thought of throwing this one on. Again, it was a piece of cake. Really simple. It makes the rifle even look a tougher.

This is a must have item I believe, it is very easy to install. It looks great on the lower & holds trigger in place 100% of the time. This is a great item and I have used a lot of them, they are a really great product.

Gambled w/ geissele ssa-e and fit (23.09.2017)

I have a m&p 15 sport 2 with geissele ssa-e trigger and still had some wiggle/slop in the pins. Now all the Q&A says they don't work with this brand of trigger. Worked in my case when installed. Nice snug fit. tip I can give you is trigger pin start from right to left. Worked better in my situation. Then do the hammer pin. Kns pins did exactly what they were designed to do. No more slop/ wiggle with these pins!!!!!

Worked with my AR10 PSA gen2 lower (09.11.2017)

Installs easy and the screws came with dried up thread locker. Installed a Rise Armament trigger assembly and locked that in my AR10 receiver.
