A Leg-Strap Kit for Your Modular Holster Adapter
Leg-strap holsters have been around since the late 1800s for good reason. Moving a holster off the waist down to the leg gives professionals more real estate to carry other essential gear without preventing easy access to their dedicated defensive arm, and you can take advantage of this access by using the Modular Holster Adapter Leg Strap Kit from True North Concepts. Most drop-leg holsters use two leg straps that provide a mid-level ride for a holstered pistol that's low enough to stay clear of body armor, gear belts and vest pouches. However, the True North Concepts Modular Holster Adapter Leg Strap Kit gives you a unique level of versatility by allowing you to fine-tune where the leg strap sits on your thigh. This enables you to choose the best position for your body and allows you to create a custom solution for your tactical loadout. The True North Concepts Modular Holster Adapter Leg Strap Kit features a 36-inch MIL-W-5664 Type 2 Class 1 Nylon elastic webbing strap complete with a mil-spec thread and Berry-compliant sewing. The DFARS Grade 6061-T6 aluminum adapter bracket is compatible with a number of other popular straps on the market, like those offered from Safariland, Blackhawk and Ronin Tactics. The kit can be had in black, coyote brown or multicam.
