Most "Parallel" We've Found

English-made with heat-treated, flat-nosed jaws. Smooth-jawed model gives a tight, non-marking grip. Serrated model holds tightly and includes a lengthwise groove to hold wire or drilled rod.

SPECS: Both; 5" (12.7cm) long, 1-1/8" (2.9cm) deep throat, open to 7/16" (11.1mm) wide. Nickel plated handles, blued jaws.

Realizzati in Inghilterra con ganasce a piatto trattate termicamente. Il modello con ganasce lisce offre una presa salda e non lascia segni. Il modello con ganasce seghettate tiene saldamente e include una scanalatura longitudinale per tenere fili o barre forate.

SPECS: Entrambi; 5" (12.7cm) di lunghezza, gola profonda 1-1/8" (2.9cm), aperta fino a 7/16" (11.1mm) di larghezza. Manici placcati in nichel, ganasce bluate.

Would buy this product again and again (14.10.2009)

Excellent quality..The best I've seen in a long time..The jaws are perfectly parralel the full length and come together so perfectly they will hold a single piece of paper!Perfect size for working with guns of any kind. A little pricey but worth it for the quality!

Smooth Jaw Pliers (20.01.2016)

I have several sets of Barnard Pliers that I have been lucky enough to source from the U.S.A.

Most of these pliers have serrated jaws, which are fine for most work and with the addition of a smooth jaw set I have all of the bases covered. There is no substitute for quality tools.

Fantastic serrated parallel jaw pliers (18.06.2011)

I use my serrated parallels for precise placement of dowel pins when I get ready to press them into place, and also to extract pins too. I have carefully shaped small diameter spring wire using them as well. I keep them very close nearby my vise because I reach for them all the time. The jaws are tough and the handles fit well into the palm of my hand.

NICE tool! (25.01.2013)

Recently, I used the serrated jaw pliers to install a Badger Ordinance Tactical Latch lever (093-249-020WB). The pin/wire relief in the one jaw made the job a cinch.

While a bit pricey, having the right tool for the job--and a well-made tool--is priceless. They are heavy for being so small, but just the right size for firearms work.
